Adult Leadership Information

Our Pack’s values and the mission of the Boy Scouts of America are reflected through our pack’s leadership. With the support of the organization, the pack committee, Cubmaster, den leaders, and other volunteers, adult leaders carry out the pack program dealing directly with other adults and with Cub Scouts and Webelos Scouts. The adult leaders will influence the life of every boy and family in the pack.  Our pack is run entirely by parent volunteers. If you are interested in training for a leadership role, the following documents have much of the information to help you decide.

If an adult leadership role is not for you, there are many functions you can perform for the benefit of YOUR SON and the pack. Find something that fits YOUR STYLE AND SCHEDULE. Whether you are on the front line as Cubmaster or Den Leader, or maybe the occasional event committee member such as Pinewood Derby, Pool Party, Blue and Gold, Popcorn, or in a critical ongoing background duty such as treasurer, committee Chair, Pack Trainer, Service Coordinator, Webmaster, Outings Coordinator…THE PACK NEEDS YOU TO VOLUNTEER TO FUNCTION! Grab a “HAT”, try it on! Take a “HAT” from someone who wears more than one! And thank those in the pack who ARE wearing a hat or two. They do it happily for our son and yours! But thank them anyway.
